Honey is the most blessed food that Allah has sent to the people of Paradise. Honey is a special blessing from Allah for us. Allah Rabbul Alamin has given cure for many diseases in this honey.

Say Ayurveda scriptures and our Religion scriptures, honey is given considerable importance everywhere. Almighty Allah has also revealed a surah in the world’s best book Al Quran about bees. whose name is ‘Nahl’. In Surah Muhammad of the Holy Qur’an, Allah, the Exalted, while describing Paradise, says, “underneath it will flow honey streams”.

Honey is rich in thousands of glucose and fructose which provide energy to the body. This honey contains many essential nutrients. Examples – enzymes, minerals (such as potassium, calcium, phosphorus, manganese and many other minerals) and proteins. There is no cholesterol in honey which is harmful to human body.

Some properties of naturally collected black seed flower honey:

1. It looks black in color but how black it is depends on how much of the flower nectar is collected from the black cumin flower.
2. Black cumin flower honey is similar to date molasses.
3. Again the smell will be like jaggery of dates.
4. The concentration of this honey can be less or more.
5. If the honey is thin, foam will appear. And if the density is high, the foam will be less visible.

কালোজিরা ফুলের মধু

আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামিন জান্নাতবাসীদের জন্য যে সব খাবার এই পৃথিবীতে পাঠিয়েছেন তার মধ্যে সবচেয়ে বরকতময় খাবার মধু। মধু আমাদের জন্য আল্লাহর পক্ষ থেকে একটি বিশেষ নেয়ামত। এই মধুতে আল্লাহ রাব্বুল আলামিন অনেক রোগের নিরাময় দিয়েছেন।

আয়ুর্বেদ শাস্ত্র এবং আমাদের ধর্ম শাস্ত্র বলুন, সর্বত্র মধুকে যথেষ্ট গুরুত্ব দেওয়া হয়। সর্বশক্তিমান আল্লাহ মৌমাছি সম্পর্কে বিশ্বের সেরা গ্রন্থ আল কুরআনে একটি সূরাও নাজিল করেছেন। যার নাম ‘নাহল’। পবিত্র কোরআনের সূরা মুহাম্মাদ-এ, মহান আল্লাহ জান্নাতের বর্ণনা দিতে গিয়ে বলেছেন, “এর তলদেশে প্রবাহিত হবে মিষ্টি স্রোত মানে মধুর প্রবাহ”।

হাজারো গুণে ভরপুর মধুতে রয়েছে গ্লুকোজ ও ফ্রুক্টোজ যা শরীরে শক্তি যোগায়। এই মধুতে অনেক প্রয়োজনীয় পুষ্টি উপাদান রয়েছে। উদাহরণ- এনজাইম, খনিজ পদার্থ (যেমন পটাসিয়াম, ক্যালসিয়াম, ফসফরাস, ম্যাঙ্গানিজ এবং অন্যান্য অনেক খনিজ) এবং প্রোটিন। মধুতে এমন কোনো কোলেস্টেরল নেই যা মানবদেহের জন্য ক্ষতিকর।

প্রাক্রিতিকভাবে সংগ্রহ করা কালোজিরা ফুলের মধুর কিছু বৈশিষ্ট্যঃ

১. এটি দেখতে কালো রঙের কিন্তু কতটা কালচে তা নির্ভর করে ফুলের রস কতটা কালোজিরা ফুল থেকে সংগ্রহ করা হয়েছে তার উপর।

২. কালোজিরা ফুলের মধু খেতে অনেকটা খেজুরের গুড়ের মতো।

৩. আবার ঘ্রাণও হবে খেজুরের গুড়ের মতো।

৪. এই মধুর ঘনত্ব কম বা বেশি হতে পারে।

৫. মধু পাতলা হলে ফেনা দেখা যাবে। আর ঘনত্ব বেশি হলে ফেনা কম দেখা যাবে।
