হিমসাগর বাংলাদেশের একটি বিখ্যাত আম। বাংলাদেশের রাজশাহী, চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জ ও সাতক্ষীরা জেলাতেও এই আমের চাষ বেশি হয়। এই আমের মিষ্টি সুগন্ধ ও স্বাদ পৃথিবীর অন্যান্য আমের থেকে  আলাদা। তাই সারা পৃথিবীতে স্বাদ ও গন্ধের জন্য এই আম বাণিজ্যিক ভাবে খুব বেশি পরিমানে চাষ করা হয়। হিমসাগর আম এতোই জনপ্রিয় যে , এই আমকে আমের রাজাও বলা হয়। এই আমের ভিতরের রং হলুদ ও কমলা (রং) সবচেয়ে মজার ব্যাপার এই আমে কোন আঁশ নেই, তাই খেতে কোন ঝামেলা নাই।

হিমসাগর আম জুন মাসে গাছে পাকতে শুরু করে। এই আম –চাঁপাইনবাবগঞ্জ, রাজশাহী, নাটোর ভারতের নদীয়া , মুর্শিদাবাদ , মালদহ এবং হুগলীতে চাষ করা হয়। কিন্তু আমাদের রাজশাহীর হিমসাগর সব থেকে সুস্বাদু।

একটি স্বাভাবিক আমের ওজন ২৫০ থেকে ৩৫০ গ্রাম হয়ে থাকে যার ৭৭ শতাংশই হল আম বাকি ২৩ শতাংশ আমের আটি, এই উৎকর্ষতাই এই আমের বৈশিষ্ট্য।

অফেলা আমঃ 

১. আমরা অফেলা ফুড নিজের বাগানের আম আপনার জন্য পাঠাচ্ছি।

২. আপনার অর্ডার কনফার্ম হবার পরই গাছ থেকে পাড়া হয়। আগে থেকে পেড়ে রাখা হয়না তাই আপনি পাচ্ছেন ১০০% ফ্রেশ আম।

৩. আধা পাকা বা পরিপক্ক আম আপনাদের জন্য পাঠানো হয়। সম্পুর্ন পাকা আম পাঠালে আপনার কাছে যেতে যেতে নষ্ট হয়ে যাবে। 

৪. আমাদের আমে কোন ফরমালিন বা কেমিক্যাল দেয়া হয়না, তাই আম তাড়াতাড়ি পেকে যায় আর পাকা আম প্যাকেট অবস্থায় থাকলে দ্রুত নষ্ট হয়ে যায়। আপনি আম হাতে পাবার সাথে প্যাকেট খুলে মেঝেতে বিছিয়ে দেবেন। ফ্রিজে রাখার দরকার নাই।

ডেলিভেরির কিছু বিষয় মনে রাখবেনঃ
